Terms and Conditions of SAFARI Photography

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
All services provided to the client by SAFARI are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed herein. The client refers to any person or persons who have requested the services of SAFARI and who have agreed to the Terms and Conditions below.

1. SAFARI has been requested by the client to provide its photography services while the client is traveling in Japan.

2. SAFARI will endeavor to provide its services to the client as requested. However, in the case that a photography assignment cannot be fulfilled due to natural disasters, wars, riots, unfavorable weather conditions or any other difficult circumstances beyond control, SAFARI will have the right to terminate its service and will be exempt from any liabilities regarding the originally agreed to services.

3. In the event of human errors caused by SAFARI, SAFARI will accept full responsibility to provide the requested services in good faith under any circumstances.

4. The client is expected to complete payment in full for requested services prior to the shooting date requested. This payment must be made at a meeting between the client and SAFARI held at least one day prior to the scheduled photography session.

5. In the event that the client is unable to visit Japan due to any cause beyond their reasonable control, e.g. natural disasters, wars, riots or any other calamities, the client will have the right to cancel the SAFARI booking and will be exempt from any fees incurred.

6. However, if the client is unable to visit Japan due to the personal reasons of the client, such as illness, family matters, or other issues, the client will be expected to pay SAFARI in full for the originally agreed to services.

7. By agreeing to the written Terms and Conditions, the client shall agree to pay any cancellation fees. If any cancellation is made within 30 days up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the photo shoot, the client will be expected to pay 70% of the charges for the complete services originally requested. If any cancellation is made by the client within 6 days of the booked assignment, the client will be liable for 100% of the charges for the complete photographic services originally requested.

8. Both parties, SAFARI and the client, will endeavor to honor the Terms and Conditions as detailed above.
